1. General

Autozay reserves the right to update, modify, or change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

2. Products

We only deal in 100% genuine and high-quality bike parts. Product pictures on the website are for illustration purposes only, and the actual product may slightly vary due to manufacturing or packaging updates. Availability of products is subject to stock, and if a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, our team will contact you for alternatives or a refund.

3. Orders & Payments

Orders can be placed directly through our website or via WhatsApp. Delivery charges must always be paid in advance. The remaining payment can be made either through Cash on Delivery, where only the product amount is collected on delivery, or through Advance Bank Deposit, where customers may choose to pay 100% of the order in advance. Autozay reserves the right to cancel any order if advance delivery charges are not received.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver all over Pakistan through trusted courier partners. Shipping charges are based on the weight of the parcel. For parcels up to 1kg the delivery charge is Rs. 400, between 1kg and 3kg it is Rs. 500, between 3kg and 5kg it is Rs. 700, between 5kg and 7kg it is Rs. 1,000, between 7kg and 10kg it is Rs. 1,500, between 10kg and 15kg it is Rs. 1,800, and between 15kg and 20kg it is Rs. 2,200. Delivery usually takes between 2 to 5 working days depending on the location and parcel size, while remote areas may take longer. Once a parcel is handed over to the courier, Autozay is not responsible for any delays caused by courier services.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Returns are only accepted if the product delivered is incorrect, damaged, or defective. Customers must report any issue within 3 days of receiving the order. Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Please note that shipping charges for returns are non-refundable.

6. Liability Disclaimer

Autozay is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury caused by the use or misuse of products purchased from our store. Installation of bike parts must always be carried out by a qualified mechanic, as Autozay is not liable for damages caused by improper installation.
