Shipping Policy

At Autozay, we aim to provide fast, secure, and reliable delivery across Pakistan. All orders are processed and dispatched after confirmation of advance delivery charges. Customers will be notified once their parcel has been shipped along with tracking details.

Our delivery charges are based on the weight of the parcel. For parcels up to 1kg the cost is Rs. 400. Orders between 1kg and 3kg are charged Rs. 500, between 3kg and 5kg Rs. 700, between 5kg and 7kg Rs. 1,000, between 7kg and 10kg Rs. 1,500, between 10kg and 15kg Rs. 1,800, and between 15kg and 20kg Rs. 2,200. Any parcel above 20kg will be quoted separately depending on size and location.

Delivery usually takes 2 to 5 working days depending on the city and parcel size. Deliveries to remote or far-off areas may require additional time. Once a parcel is handed over to the courier, Autozay is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

All shipping charges must be paid in advance. Customers can choose between Cash on Delivery for the product cost, or complete advance payment via bank deposit if preferred. Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable.
