3. What are your delivery charges?
Our delivery charges are based on the weight of your parcel:

• Up to 1kg: Rs. 400

• 1kg – 3kg: Rs. 500

• 3kg – 5kg: Rs. 700

• 5kg – 7kg: Rs. 1,000

• 7kg – 10kg: Rs. 1,500

• 10kg – 15kg: Rs. 1,800

• 15kg – 20kg: Rs. 2,200

📌 Important: Delivery charges must be paid in advance before dispatch.

4. What payment methods do you accept?
We offer three payment options:

• Advance Bank Deposit (100% payment)

• Cash on Delivery (COD) – product amount on delivery, delivery charges in advance

• Partial Payment – advance delivery charges + remaining amount on COD

5. Do you deliver all over Pakistan?
Yes, we deliver nationwide through trusted courier partners.

6. How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered within 2 to 5 working days, depending on your location and parcel size. Remote areas may take longer.
