Return & Refund Policy

At Autozay, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We carefully inspect and pack every order before dispatch, but in case you face an issue, we have a simple return and refund process.

Returns are only accepted if the product delivered is incorrect, damaged, or defective. Customers must inform us about the issue within 3 days of receiving their order. After this time period, no return or exchange request will be entertained. All returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Products that have been installed, used, or tampered with cannot be returned or refunded.

Refunds are processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected by our team. Once the product is verified, the refund will be issued through bank transfer or adjusted against a replacement order, depending on the customer’s choice. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstances, and the cost of sending the product back will be borne by the customer.

If the product delivered is incorrect due to our mistake, Autozay will cover the return shipping cost and send the correct item without any additional charges.
